and then came the…

One of the benefits of being retired is being able to sleep in. Leisurely driving down to the beach when the mood strikes. Choosing NOT to surf if the waves 'just aren't good enough.'

Now there are others who happen to have the type of job that where they can manipulate their working hours. How lucky is that!?

2007 Dale Velzy Classic

The Doheny Longboard Surfing Association held the 18th Annual Dale Velzy Classic & Luau on September 15th. This fun family event celebrated Dale's life with a surfing competition followed by a luau.
